Job Description

Identifiy requirement and business opportunity from Customer/ Partner meeting, develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives
  • Prepare and deliver business value solutions including proposal writing and presentations
  • Conduct proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility
  • Understand security or infrastructure requirements for main industries (retail, banking, etc.)
  • Oversee selection of technologies and estimate resources for proposed solutions
  • Complete technical documentation for projects and training
  • Correlate with HQ team to push for product feature optimization
  • Support partner technical and presales personnel with training and recognition

Qualifications

  • 3 years experiences in IT industry as pre-sales is required
  • Solid knowledge of network best practices
  • Thorough understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Certifications for Sangfor products or others such as Vmware VCP, AWS or Azure Solutions Architect preferred
