Presales Manager
Job Description
Identifiy requirement and business opportunity from Customer/ Partner meeting, develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning full project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives
- Prepare and deliver business value solutions including proposal writing and presentations
- Conduct proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility
- Understand security or infrastructure requirements for main industries (retail, banking, etc.)
- Oversee selection of technologies and estimate resources for proposed solutions
- Complete technical documentation for projects and training
- Correlate with HQ team to push for product feature optimization
- Support partner technical and presales personnel with training and recognition
Qualifications
- 3 years experiences in IT industry as pre-sales is required
- Solid knowledge of network best practices
- Thorough understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Certifications for Sangfor products or others such as Vmware VCP, AWS or Azure Solutions Architect preferred
