Job Description
A Recruitment Coordinator with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts plays a crucial role in supporting the entire recruitment process embodying company values throughout and supporting inclusive hiring practices, from coordinating to ensuring a positive candidate experience and facilitating effective communication between candidates, Hiring Manager and Department Head.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview set-up
- Manage entry and integrity of applicant information
- Conduct initial screenings or pre-interview assessments
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
- Ensure onboarding process is completed accurately
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide company information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment database and activities
- Implement best practices to streamline recruitment activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment, with proven exposure to HR/recruitment operations
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Taleo
