Job Description
The Benefits Assistant is responsible for supporting benefits operations and handles confidential information in a secure and professional manner. This role will partner with Benefit Admin and Leave Admin to provide support for general benefit administration and leave of absence administration.
Responsibilities
- Assists with new-hire orientations
- Manage Life Events and wellness programs
- Audit invoices for accuracy
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
- Maintenance of confidential personnel files
Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent or two or more years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems a plus
