Event Coordinator
Job Description
Founded in 2008, The Event Studio is a women-owned strategic events agency. We design experiences with purpose to inspire people and move business forward. At TES, our work is dynamic, creative, precise, and highly collaborative. As a vital part of our event project teams, you will work on several projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Project and team support (database management, meeting support, data entry)
- Researching event-related needs on-brand and on-budget
- Initiate Request For Proposal (RFP) process with vendors
- Track, coordinate, and execute complex workflows
- Vendor research and management
- Onsite event execution support (Production Assistant/Runner)
- Post-event wrap up and budget reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant event industry experience
- Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft, Zoom, event software)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
