Lead Health Informatics Analyst
Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of Health IT Informatics Analysts specializing in clinical systems and data standardization for the VA health program. Ensures the success of the modernized VA EHR through continuous exploration and deployment of IHT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Health IT Informatics Analysts
- Establish and enforce informatics standards and best practices
- Act as primary client-facing representative for informatics activities
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation
- Provide expert-level configuration for OH and CPRS/VistA systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 8 years of relevant experience, of which 6 years must be specialized in Health Informatics
- Extensive experience with configuration of OH and/or CPRS/VISTABenefits
