Job Description
Our client, a dynamic healthcare organization, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time. The Data Analyst will analyze and interpret healthcare data to uncover trends, streamline processes, and support smarter decision-making. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hourly rate is $30/hr.
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Power Automate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights
- Recommend data-driven solutions and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Power Automate
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
