Job Description
Domaine is looking for a motivated team member that has a passion for eCommerce who wants to grow with our agency to develop into an industry leader in the space. The Senior Project Manager is a key leader within the project management team, responsible for overseeing complex projects, mentoring team members, and supporting strategic department initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream projects for enterprise and high-value clients
- Maintain a high level of billable time (80%)
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and project timelines independently
- Expertly manage project dependencies, critical paths, and workback plans
- Mentor and guide other project managers
- Participate in innovation and improvement of cross-departmental processes
- Run retainer and project retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in ecommerce or digital product environments
- Expert understanding of Shopify, including admin management, data migrations, and integrations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and proactive
- Experience working with JIRA/Confluence
- 3-5 years experience working in eCommerce
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
