Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources strategy and partner closely with the business to enable organizational success. This role will oversee HR planning, talent strategies, organizational design, and the delivery of high-quality HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy in alignment with business goals
- Oversee organizational design and headcount planning
- Partner with senior leaders to influence decisions
- Ensure compliant HR operations across employee relations and legal requirements
- Develop HR team capabilities and improve HR programs
Qualifications
- University degree required; advanced education is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong command of English
- Solid understanding of HR practices within the region
- Experience managing labour relations
