Controller - Airside Stands & Data
Job Description
The Airport Operations Control Centre team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. You will deliver a safe, efficient stand plan that meets regulatory, operational, and scheduling requirements with available airport resources. You'll provide and deliver the slot coordination and approval function via online systems and logical thinking to maximize capacity and opportunity for airport revenue.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a safe, efficient stand plan that meets regulatory, operational, and scheduling requirements
- Continuously deliver customer service that considers specified SLA's, KPI's and Governance requirements
- Proactively respond to any incident or emergency by continuing with stand allocation
- Provide and deliver the slot coordination and approval function via online systems
- Ensure all operational activity is recorded accurately in the daily log
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma/Diploma in Aviation engineering/ Management/ Related
- At least 3 -5 years of relevant experience and 5 - 7 years of overall experience
