Commercial Manager
Job Description
Parsons is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee financial health and contractual adherence for Design and Build construction projects within Saudi Arabia. You will manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and control costs.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial activities and financial budgets
- Identify contractual and financial risks
- Advise on contract modification and claims avoidance
- Prepare performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Fifteen (15) years' experience in contract procurement and administration
- Chartered Status (RICS or equivalent)
- Knowledge of FIDIC forms and Design and Build projects
- Experience in similar role for past 8 years
