Retail Manager I
Job Description
The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the management of all aspects of store operations and performance. He/she supervises the operations department in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, he/she drives sales and enhances customer experience through the performance and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Provide guidance and support to store managers
- Contribute to development and execution of retail department strategy and budgets
- Analyze relevant KPIs and propose action plans
- Review historical sales figures and establish achievable targets
- Ensure sales targets are effectively communicated to the sales team
- Review sales and stock reports and collaborate with brand managers
- Develop a strategy to drive sales by monitoring market seasonality and trends
- Conduct store operations audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- Seven to nine years of experience in a similar role
- Four years of experience in a managerial role
