Director, Project Management- Remote
Job Description

This strategic role is responsible for project intake across all divisions, establishing executive reporting frameworks, and ensuring successful project delivery through hands-on project management. The Director will maintain a focus on quality, cost, and profitability while ensuring projects are completed on-time and to stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across divisions
- Design and implement executive reporting processes
- Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure
- Develop and maintain project management standards and methodologies
- Interface and communicate with division leaders and C-suite executives
- Coordinate cross-functional work teams and manage interdependencies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor and report on project progress, mitigating risks
- Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions
- Measure and track key project success metrics and KPIs
- Lead change management activities
- Mentor and provide guidance to project managers
- Manage project budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- MBA or Master's degree (Preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other recognized project management certification (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or related industries (Preferred)
