Job Description
We’re a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, and recruitment isn’t a support function for us, it’s a growth engine. We’re looking for a street-smart Recruiter who understands how Dubai’s real estate hiring really works and knows how to attract high-performing brokers, sales consultants, and operations talent in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, leasing consultants, sales leaders, and support roles
- Actively headhunt high-performing brokers across Dubai
- Identify candidates with the right sales mindset, market knowledge, and resilience
- Conduct sharp, insight-driven interviews
- Partner with leadership to build teams aligned with growth targets
- Manage offers, joining timelines, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a live talent pipeline
- Track hiring performance and continuously improve sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience in real estate, sales, or commission-driven environments
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate talent market
- Recruitment: 3 years (Required)
