Job Description

The MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Cost Engineer is the financial linchpin for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, responsible for managing all costs from initial estimation through to final account settlement. The role ensures projects are completed within budget and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • RICS (preferred)
  • 8–12 years total experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years in MEP cost control
