Media Assistant - Intern
Job Description
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business operations at InfluenConnect x Comms8. Reporting to the managers, you will support content creation, business operations, and external outreach while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media
- Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects
- Manage online communities and engage with followers
- Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports
- Assist with copywriting, visual design, and video/reel editing
- Conduct desktop research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Maintain and update client and contact databases
- Update website content and company directories
- Provide administrative assistance such as organising files and updating records
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Skilled in short video editing and visual design (e.g., Canva)
- Familiar with major advertising tools and platforms
- Capable of independently developing content strategies
