Senior HSE Manager
Job Description
Senior HSE Manager for the Qiddiya Facility Management (FM) team. Defines and sets up the Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and procedures. Ensures policies are understood and enforced on site. Analyzes security metrics and provides recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Define and set up FM HSE and Security strategy and procedures
- Enforce HSE and Security Management policies on site
- Analyze security metrics and provide recommendations on staffing/resource allocation
- Monitor and track personnel training and certification
- Arrange meetings with leadership and contractors to develop site solutions
- Engage on on-going cases and prevention recommendations
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years experience specifically in health, safety and security
- Demonstrable experience in Facilities Management environment
- Knowledge in Food Safety/hygiene and security considerations
- OSHA Certified or similar is a plus
