Program Manager, Amazon Now - Egypt
Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will own and lead multiple high-impact initiatives that cut across project management, business operations, and stakeholder management within Amazon. You will partner with senior leaders, engineering/product teams, operations, regional stakeholders, and external teams to define strategy, launch programs, measure impact, and build scalable, repeatable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs
- Define business requirements and write functional/design specifications
- Own measurement frameworks and KPI reporting
- Drive change management and process design
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholder teams
- Build scalable and repeatable processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge
