Job Description
The ideal candidate will have hands-on scrum master experience with leading teams to design, develop and implement SaaS applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Scrum teams through the agile delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads on backlog execution
- Champions continuous improvement activities
- Responsible for hosting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with internal and external teams to manage dependencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CSM from Scrum Alliance or PSM from Scrum.org certifications required
- 5+ years experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles
