Job Description
Job Title: Camp Boss Responsibilities: Manage daily work of the company camp; Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper living conditions; Arrange maintenance and services with contractors and vendors; Handle worker complaints and solve problems quickly; Keep records of room occupancy, materials, and incidents; Supervise camp staff and give daily work duties. Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in camp or facilities management; Knowledge of UAE labor laws and camp accommodation rules; Good communication and leadership skills; Able to work under pressure and solve problems.
