Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive sales growth within our wood manufacturing business. The role focuses on developing B2B accounts, managing key clients, and achieving revenue targets across wood products (e.g., furniture components, fit-out materials, panels, doors, custom wood solutions). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify, qualify, and grow B2B customers (contractors, fit-out companies, consultants, developers). Manage key accounts, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals. Coordinate with production, design, and logistics to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts; maintain CRM records. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Support tender submissions and project-based sales. Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up. Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience, with proven exposure to wood manufacturing / furniture / fit-out. Strong understanding of wood materials, finishes, specifications, and production constraints. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office; ERP exposure is an advantage. Valid driving license; willingness to travel locally as required. Bilingual (Arabic and English) required.

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with proven exposure to wood manufacturing / furniture / fit-out
  • Valid driving license
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) required
  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
