Job Description
The Delivery Operations Manager – Major Projects (DOM MP) is responsible for leading the safe, high-quality, and profitable execution of large and complex elevator and escalator projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety and Quality are embedded across operations
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technically complex projects
- Lead and develop an operations team
- Oversee installation capacity and subcontractor performance
- Drive financial control and project profitability
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Sourcing
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in project management or operations
- 5 years handling major or complex projects
