Job Description
The J.P. Morgan Turkey Corporate Finance team is responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across all industries.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the execution of M&A and financing transactions
- Building and using financial models for valuation analysis
- Coordinating project deliverables and due diligence
- Preparing presentation materials for client dialogue
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (at a minimum) or equivalent
- Investment banking experience
- Outstanding analytical, financial analysis and modelling skills
- Turkish language skills are a must-have
- Proficient in MS office applications
