Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Responsible for contracts, technical integrations, and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored onboarding plans
- Conduct training workshops and presentations
- Customize agreements using Adobe Illustrator
- Coordinate third-party integrations (payment gateways)
- Test and validate system updates
