Senior Sales Officer - key accounts
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will be responsible for all sales-related activities for the lighting business line. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual target.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining up to date on industry trends
- Keep a close tab on the competitors to keep abreast of new trends within the lighting industry
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with customers through regular visits and follow-ups
- Actively execute business development activities by identifying and acquiring new customers
- Respond to business enquiries or tenders through development of comprehensive proposal
- Responsible for presentation of lighting designs and products to potential customers
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure that all committed products are delivered within agreed timelines
- Regularly follow up with various customers to ensure collections are made as per collection targets
Qualifications
- Engineering background is essential
- Only candidates with LIGHTING sales experience would be considered
- Candidates with previous experience in the KSA market
- English - proficient
- Arabic - proficient
