Job Description
Leading the performance optimization of high-value downstream joint ventures. This role focuses on profitability improvement, value realization, and providing disciplined financial oversight. Responsibilities include financial modeling, transaction execution, commercial due diligence, and negotiating commercial terms of feedstock and services agreements. You will work closely with JV partners and internal management to ensure strategic alignment and support Aramco's growth ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead management and development of downstream joint ventures
- Represent Aramco in shareholder forums
- Perform scenario analysis and financial modeling
- Identify JV growth opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms of agreements
- Develop junior staff and knowledge-sharing culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
- Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
- At least 5 years in commercial strategy, JV management, or M&A
