Job Description
The Technician is responsible for installing routine maintenance of kitchen equipment, planning and scheduling daily tasks, and managing floor operations related to maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Record maintenance needs based on daily visits
- Handle planning and scheduling of daily distribution of tasks
- Manage floor operations between shops and maintenance work
- Supervise preventive works by contractors
- Monitor security issues including door and fire alarms
- Procure necessary materials for maintenance works
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar field
