Senior Pre-Sales Lead – Salesforce Practice
Job Description
The Senior Pre-Sales Lead – Salesforce Practice will be a key member of NTT DATA’s Application Services team in the Middle East, responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Salesforce business in Saudi Arabia mainly. This role combines strategic pre-sales leadership, deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and strong relationship management with both clients and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-sales activities for Salesforce opportunities across the Saudi market
- Support end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions integrating CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and MuleSoft
- Collaborate with global Salesforce Practice teams to create tailored solutions
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution narratives
- Engage C-level executives and business leaders to identify transformation opportunities
- Act as the primary interface between NTT DATA and Salesforce in Saudi Arabia
- Support strategic and complex Salesforce pursuits
- Track deal performance and lessons learned
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture within IT services or consulting environments
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience across CRM, integration, data, and AI solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, etc.)
