Receptionist (Front Desk) Saudi National
Job Description
This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check in and checkout
- Review arrival lists and prepare compendiums
- Welcome guests on arrival and issue room keys
- Liaise with other departments to meet guest requests
- Handle guests’ complaints and comments
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Must hold a valid Language certification in one of the specified foreign languages
- Must be a Saudi National
