Job Description

Superstars is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a global e-learning software company. You will manage a book of 50+ strategic enterprise accounts, overseeing the post-sales journey including onboarding, product adoption, and renewals. You will act as the voice of the customer and partner with sales to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 50+ strategic global Enterprise accounts
  • Ensure seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal
  • Manage renewal process and navigate complex commercial terms
  • Drive customer adoption and mitigate retention risk
  • Conduct strategic check-ins and business reviews
  • Forecast renewal revenue accurately
  • Identify account expansion opportunities

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in customer-facing account management or customer success
  • Experience managing 50+ enterprise accounts
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS
  • 2+ years experience using Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of renewals and complex negotiations
