Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and human capital. Your role is to act as a talent advisor to the most influential companies in the Kingdom. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level roles in Banking, Fintech, and Government sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for senior-level roles
- Utilize global databases and AI tools for strategic sourcing
- Advise C-suite clients on market trends and salary benchmarking
- Conduct professional interviews and assessments
- Represent CGP at industry events
Qualifications
- Saudi National
- At least 12 months in a corporate environment, sales, or HR
- Degree from a top-tier university
- Bilingual: Arabic and professional English
