Job Description

Maximizes occupancy and average rate through coordination with sales, engineering, and housekeeping. Professional guest complaint handling and VIP guest relations. Leads training programs and budgeting for the Front Office department.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize occupancy and average rate
  • Handle guest complaints professionally
  • Coordinate room availability with the Director of Sales
  • Determine training programs and prepare annual training plans
  • Analyze revenue and expenses results monthly
  • Monitor credit policies and audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years in Front Office experience preferably in 5 star environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
