Project Manager
Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end execution of fire protection projects. Responsible for managing sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and suppression systems from design through commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate engineering and procurement activities
- Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact
- Track costs, labor, and material expenditures
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final inspections
- Coordinate project engineers and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience managing fire protection projects
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards
