Senior Creative Producer - MaxBeauty
Job Description
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be the owner of performance creatives and act as the main driver of experiments within our paid channels. Formulate creative strategy and generate hypotheses to scale concepts in terms of CAC and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Act as main driver of experiments within paid channels
- Develop creative strategy together with PMM
- Generate and prioritize creative hypotheses
- Work closely with UGC creators and designers
- Analyze creative performance and turning patterns into insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Understanding of CPM, CTR, and CAC metrics
- English Upper-Intermediate+
