Payment Product Manager
Job Description
CXM is hiring a Payments Product Manager to lead the buildout and management of our Payments Service Provider (PSP) infrastructure. You will be instrumental in laying the foundation for how payments are integrated, maintained, and scaled across our FX-focused platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead PSP integrations from start to finish
- Maintain PSP settings and monitor system performance
- Build reports and dashboards to track PSP effectiveness
- Troubleshoot outages and conduct testing
- Liaise between Finance, Tech, and Product teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a PSP-related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
- Russian language skills are a plus
