Job Description
We're seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. You'll manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Manage key accounts to achieve design win targets
- Forecast sales pipelines and analyze market trends
- Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Support new product launches
Qualifications
- BSEE or MSEE preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with memory IP or security IP solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce
