Technical Delivery and Change Senior Manager
Job Description
Lead the internal change team dedicated to delivering complex technical projects for a financial services client.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans for technical project delivery
- Lead planning and execution of complex technical projects
- Allocate resources effectively and maintain quality assurance
- Implement organizational change strategies
- Manage executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in technical project and change management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications highly desirable
