Job Description

Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, objectives, and data needs
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance data models, integrating multiple data sources through ETL processes
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using Power Query, DAX, and custom visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies
- Transform raw data into actionable insights and maintain documentation of models, processes, and data flows
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and building insights using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, databases, and enterprise applications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree; Power BI certification preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
