General Manager - Financial Planning & Control
Job Description
The General Manager - Financial Planning & Control is responsible for end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control across industrial, services, manufacturing, and ancillary businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Build and maintain robust bottom-up financial models
- Own CAPEX planning and control
- Monitor and optimize working capital
- Analyze government incentives and subsidies
- Support negotiations with global automotive OEMs
Qualifications
- MBA / Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Automotive manufacturing or vehicle assembly experience mandatory
- Strong industrial / manufacturing finance background
