Area Sales Manager
Job Description
Area sales manager leads Field Force Managers with key responsibilities including: achieving and exceeding the annual target, providing team leadership, embedding a growth mindset within the region, and enhancing coaching to drive performance and demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the annual sales target
- Provide team leadership and embed a growth mindset within the region
- Enhance coaching and manage team performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within key accounts
- Collaborate with marketing function for customer engagement plans
- Seek customer feedback to identifying needs and build solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand availability and access to patients
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
- Coach the coaches and spend 30% of time in field activities
Qualifications
- +3 years’ experience in managing first line managers
- Sales management experience more than 10 years within Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills
