Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Astellas Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative duties. Your contributions will be essential in managing an active calendar of appointments, coordinating complex travel plans, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and preparing expense reports
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, both internally and externally
  • Consolidate reports and proposals from various internal functions
  • Provide on-site administrative support during executive meetings and events
  • Maintain an organized filing system for electronic documents and manage confidential materials

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks
  • Quick learner with a sharp, results-oriented approach
  • Experienced in managing senior leaders' calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
