KSA Legal Affairs Manager
Job Description
The Legal Manager oversees all legal and corporate matters within the KSA GS companies, ensuring compliance with laws, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s interests. The role involves providing legal advice and managing litigation.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Review and draft contracts and agreements
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal governance frameworks
- Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage and oversee all litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Coordinate with external counsel
- Handle company secretarial duties including board resolutions and regulatory filings
- Liaise with government authorities and regulators
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or JD) – Mandatory
- Master’s Degree in Law (LLM)
- License to Practice Law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 12 – 15 years of experience
