Regional Marketing Lead
Job Description
Drive and implement integrated marketing plans across multiple markets in the Middle East. Liaison between senior management and in-market teams, building knowledge and trust.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional marketing strategy in collaboration with the CMO
- Liaise with in-country teams for alignment on milestones and budgets
- Build and maintain a centralized Marketing Playbook
- Monitor KPIs including sign-up goals, CAC, and LTV
- Oversee offline and online campaign execution
- Coach and mentor local marketers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional role
