Maintenance Technician - Rotating Equipment M/F
Job Description
Job Purpose: Act as a Permit Performing Authority to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Permit to Work process and company requirements. Provide the Mechanical Supervisor with analysis and comment on maintenance opportunities and risks. Carry out repairs to mechanical equipment and perform preventative maintenance. Contribute to identifying improvements in planned maintenance routines.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Permit Performing Authority
- Provide analysis and comment on maintenance opportunities and risks
- Ensure maintenance targets are met
- Promote NOC core values and safety role modeling
- Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines
- Carry out repairs to mechanical equipment and perform preventative maintenance
- Contribute to identifying improvements in planned maintenance routines
- Prepare, isolate and make safe Mechanical equipment for maintenance
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 6 years or more experience required
