Job Description
At Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah, our goal is to make business travel work. As a Night Receptionist cum Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during night shifts while ensuring accurate audit processes in line with IHG standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during night hours
- Carry out accurate night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, safety, and security procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit role within a hotel environment
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera knowledge is an advantage)
