Job Description
Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor property operations and ensure compliance
- Monitor financial statements and sales reports
- Assist in responding to guest issues
- Oversee cash handling procedures
- Manage employee hours and attendance
- Inform employees regarding new operational procedures
- Assist in handling employee performance issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- OR 2-year degree and 2 years experience
