Job Description
As a Senior HR Advisor at Standard Chartered, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda by providing strategic HR advisory services. You will partner with People Leaders on leadership development, talent management, and colleague engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HR advisory support to People Leaders
- Advise on employee relations matters in collaboration with ER teams
- Drive initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities
- Monitor and analyze people data for trends and risks
- Support talent development and succession planning
- Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence
Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering HR advisory and consulting services
- Deep knowledge of talent management and performance frameworks
- Professional HR qualifications (CIPD, SHRM) highly desirable
- UAE National preferred
