Strategic Project Coordinator - Healthcare
Job Description
We are an upcoming chain of dental clinics located in Dubai, looking for a Strategic Projects Coordinator to support and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and KPIs
- Track execution across departments and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare weekly project updates, dashboards, and leadership reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Expansion teams
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Work closely with senior leadership on priority projects
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in project management, strategy, or operations roles
