Job Description
Hogar Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and investment properties. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a results-driven Property Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales division.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property advisors and consultants
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks aligned with company goals
- Drive residential, off-plan, and investment property sales across key UAE developments
- Monitor team performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM tools
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent
- Develop sales strategies, pricing approaches, and market penetration plans
- Coordinate closely with marketing, developer relations, and senior management
- Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and coaching
- Represent Hogar Properties in high-level client meetings, developer briefings, and industry events
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- 2–3 years minimum in a managerial or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s residential, off-plan, and investment property market
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
