Job Description

Male HR Executive – Restaurant Division. To manage and support all HR functions for the restaurant division, ensuring smooth manpower operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and effective coordination across multiple restaurant outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff
  • Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination
  • Support payroll inputs and overtime calculations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Coordinate with PRO for visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and renewals
  • Visit restaurant outlets regularly for HR support and audits
  • Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, and attendance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2–4 years HR experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
