Job Description
Supporting the construction supervision team on a major residential/infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing cost and commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare monthly financial reports
- Implement effective cost control measures
- Measure progress of works and coordinate interim payments
- Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders
- Liaise with the client on all cost and commercial issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional membership with RICS is essential
